The Western Ohio Chapter of NECA
The mission of the Western Ohio Chapter of NECA is to represent, promote and enhance the management interests of its electrical contract members through labor relations, education, improvement of management skills, apprentice and journeyman training, marketing, services, public relations, information, communication and creation of a better business environment. We coordinate the collective activities of the electrical contracting industry in the areas of government relations, technical standards, public relations, communication, information and business ethics.
Our members work in all aspects of the electrical construction industry: industrial, commercial, institutional, residential and non-building. NECA contractors’ highly trained and reliable workforce are experts at the top of their field and are committed to delivering exceptional results for you.
The Western Ohio Chapter of NECA encompasses two divisions: the Lima division and Dayton division. The Dayton division covers the jurisdiction of IBEW Local No. 82 which includes the following counties: Darke, Miami, Preble, Montgomery, Greene, Clinton and a section of Warren. The Lima division covers the jurisdiction of IBEW Local No. 32 which includes the following counties: Van Wert, Allen, Mercer, Auglaize, Hardin, Shelby, Logan and a section of Wyandot. The Chapter has 14 contractor members and over 30 contractors that are signatory to one of the local unions.
